If you are a Zillow Showcase client our services can be booked and managed directly or through your Showingtime+ portal. We are closely affiliated with Zillow through their subsidiary, Aryeo. Aryeo is a content management system we use that is fully integrated with Zillow and Zillow Showcase listings. Once the content is uploaded it's just a matter of a few clicks in your Showingtime+ portal to attached the Zillow 3D Home Tour, Floor Plan and photos to your San Diego real estate listing. The process is as follows:

Log into your ShowingTime+ portal where you create a listing and connect to MLS.

After that, you'll need to spend a Showcase credit.

Once the credit is spent you can initiate the order form and order the media from us. This usually includes photos, a Zillow 3D Home Tour and Floor Plan as well as some optional services if needed. The photos and 3D Home Tour with Floor Plan are a requirement for Showcase listings.

Once the media is ordered and the date and time for the photo shoot selected we get the media request on our dashboard on Aryeo and we accept it and proceed to gather the content needed at your San Diego listing at the specified date and time.

Once all the content is uploaded and the invoice for our San Diego real estate photography services has been paid you will be notified to complete your Showcase listing though your Showingtime+ portal.

It can take up to 24 hours for the Showcase listing content to become active.

We'll proceed as we normally do and when your Showcase content is ready it will end up in the exact same place regardless of how you order our services.
