Aerial Photos

San Diego real estate drone photography and videography starts at just $250. The process starts by confirming that your listing is located in uncontrolled airspace or seeking approval with the FAA to fly a commercial drone mission in controlled airspace. We have 3 licensed drone pilots on our team and operate within the guidelines set forth by the Federal Government under CFR Part 107. Safety is our primary concern with any drone mission. We normally fly two circular loops around a listing from different distances and altitudes as well as shooting some overhead pictures. The resulting still pictures show the structure from all angles as well as the surrounding views and proximity to important attractions such as shopping centers, schools, golf courses, recreational areas, beaches, etc. We can shoot both horizontally and vertically. Aerial 4K video footage can be incorporated into a ground based video project or edited as a standalone aerial video project with music, titles, graphics and branding.
