There is no charge for shooting amenities or common areas provided they are within easy walking distance from the San Diego vacation rental. Usually, the best time to shoot a San Diego vacation rental is soon after the housekeeper is done. You do not need to be present during the shoot as long as we have clear access instructions. A Limited Use License is granted to the property manager or homeowner ordering the services for purposes of advertising the short term rental in printed and electronic media including various websites for an indefinite period of time. The same content may be used by the original property manager or homeowner ordering the services for self promotional purposes in printed or electronic media for a period of 5 years. Images and related content may not be used by, transferred to, or sold to any third party, including other property managers or realtors nor can the content be used on any MLS service with the intent of selling the property without the written permission of Greg Hoxsie Real Estate Photography.
Altering Image and Video Files: Image files may be altered and virtually staged at the discretion of the homeowner or property manager. However, video files may not be altered, reformatted, or re-edited by any third party without the written permission of Greg Hoxsie Real Estate Photography.
