Our standard turnaround for San Diego real estate photography is within 24 hours. Usually sooner. Cinematic video turnaround is 24-72 hours. Our basic edit for San Diego real estate photography is a fairly comprehensive 2 stage process where I personally review and put the final touches on every image before it's delivered. I'm not perfect and sometimes a flawed image will get included with the deliverables. If that's the case, just let me know exactly what the issue is and we'll get it fixed asap. It's helpful if you review the content soon after it's delivered. In many cases, we can make immediate fixes if we are notified right away.

We are not a graphics company. We have the capabilities to provide extensive precise editing to your San Diego real estate photography, but any precise editing that goes beyond the basic edit, unless it's a mistake, gets billed out at $150/hour.

An example of billable precise editing might be doing a grass replacement on many images, or perhaps changing the color or hue of some element in the photograph to exactly match the homeowner's vision...."Can you make it look more moody? Can you remove the water stains on the stucco? Can you make the pool filled with green algae look clean and blue? Can you smooth out the wrinkles on the bedding? Can you put water in the broken fountain? Can you virtually stage the TV monitors that have not arrived yet?"....and so on.

Almost any precise editing request can be done digitally, but our pricing structure does not include this in the basic edit.

The very best course of action in terms of insuring a successful San Diego real estate photography shoot is to have the home as well prepared as possible prior to our arrival. This will minimize our time on-site and speed up the editing process without having to pay for edits that are not necessary.

Your expectations and the expectations of the homeowner also play a critical role in the process. Remember, we are a San Diego real estate photography company with a workflow designed to provide a high quality product at a fair price with next day turnaround. We are sometimes shooting many listings every day. There is a direct relationship between our prices and the quality of the final product. If you or the homeowner require a higher level of quality than is represented on our website, just let me know and I'll refer you to a San Diego commercial or architectural photographer that is better suited to your needs.

On a final note, if we are given special instructions on any editing preferences prior to the shoot or on-site, we are happy to accommodate these requests at no charge. For example, you might want the color of the sky to look less blue with no clouds as opposed to more saturated with clouds. This is easy to do in the first round of editing if we are advised in advance. However, if the homeowner later decides they want to change what was originally requested, you will be invoiced for the time involved for the re-edit.
