Construction Photography

If you're a San Diego Contractor or San Diego Developer, give us call to discuss your upcoming project. We can document the construction progress from start to finish. This might include daytime photos, twilight photos, drone photos and video, cinematic videos, on-site interviews, Matterport virtual tours or all of the above. You might want consider a time travel aerial video that involves flying the same mapped flight pattern over a period weeks or months then editing the footage that transitions from one moment in time to a future moment in time from exactly the same angle and altitude. The resulting video takes the viewer from the very early stages of construction to a completed project in just under a minute complete with graphics, logos, titles, music and branding.

There is any number of reasons to document your San Diego construction project in pictures and video. Many lenders require progress reports that include visual content. They want to insure that projections are on target and important construction mileposts are completed. They want to SEE the electrical and plumbing before the walls go up. They want to SEE that the parking lot is paved and painted. They want to SEE when the roof goes on.

Another reason to document your project could have to do with collecting content for your own advertising and marketing. Perhaps you are a contractor specializing in custom homes and you want to have content that shows how the process works for a new project. If it's a remodel job, you should have us shoot the before, during and after photos. You'll have an amazing story in pictures and video to share on your website and with prospective customers.
