All of our drone pilots are certified by the FAA and we abide by the rules and regulations as set forth in CFR Part 107 by the Federal Government. (FAA) When booking your San Diego real estate drone flight, it's your responsibility to insure that your drone operator is licensed to fly and is operating in uncontrolled airspace or with authorization from the FAA or other entity that might have jurisdiction in any particular airspace. San Diego has many military operations and airports and drone flights in these areas are restricted or tightly controlled.

How to prepare for your San Diego Drone mission
1. Secure the dogs and pets. 2. Move trash bins somewhere they won't be visible from the air. 3. Park any vehicles away from the listing. 4. Remove any item that is distracting and may be visible from the air. 5. Schedule your San Diego drone photography mission at the time of day when the light is most favorable. 6. Confirm that your San Diego real estate drone photography mission is operating under all applicable rules and regulations.

What to expect from your San Diego drone photography mission
Our basic San Diego drone photography mission includes about 20-24 images from all the key angles. One loop is closer to the structure focused on the listing. Another loop is shot from a much higher altitude showing the listing in relation to its surroundings. We also shoot images looking directly down on the property that include the property boundaries.

San Diego drone photography pricing
San Diego drone photography for real estate listings is surprisingly affordable. Our basic San Diego Drone photography package is only $250. Add $100 if you'd like to include San Diego drone video footage. If you need under 10 drone images then it's $25 per image with a $50 minimum. All images include editing and we can draw property boundaries on a few selected images at no charge.

The topography and scenic views in some areas can only be experienced with San Diego drone photography and videography. Many structures are situated adjacent to steep drop offs making ground based photos of the important angles impossible.
