Floor Plans

Our San Diego virtual tour products; Matterport Virtual Tours and Zillow 3D Home Tours include a floor plan at no additional cost. However, sometimes all you need is a San Diego floor plan only. We offer San Diego basic 2D floor plans with or without dimensions for only .15 cents per square foot with a $50 minimum when we are providing any of our many other services for your San Diego real estate listing. San Diego real estate floor plans are available in several different styles and price points. We offer stand alone floor plans in 2D and 3D formats. These are available with and without dimensions.

The turnaround for San Diego floor plans is usually 24-48 hours. It's important to note that the dimensions on any floor plan generated by a camera or scanner are approximations only and are not intended to be as accurate as construction blueprints. The scanning process for a floor plan takes about 15-20 minutes for a 3000 square foot home.
