Special Agent Nelson, James Nelson

It started with a fun 4th of July video project for our friend and client, Jim Nelson, with the Nelson Riddle Team. The project quickly evolved into an entire series of clever and fun ai promo videos. You can view some of them on Instagram at nelsonriddleteam.

Jim serves all of San Diego County, but his office and many of his listing are in Coronado. Our intent was to more closely associate Jim with the markets he serves as well as establishing a creative theme that is abundantly apparent in the video series. That's why many of the videos prominently feature scenes on the island of Coronado and in the Cays. Jim lives in East County and we've shot a few of his listings there for him so we couldn't resist producing a video or two with a rodeo theme. You may get a good laugh so be prepared for that.

To make this all work the way it should we need to digitally clone the subject of the videos, that's you! This involves providing a few head shots, a full body shot, and a 90 second voice recording that can be done on your phone. The photos don't need to be perfect. Any newer iPhone is just fine. Jim's reference images came from his camera roll. Once your digital avatar is created, the only limit to what we can do with video is your imagination.

If you're looking to take advantage of the new marketing tools at your disposal and raise the bar on your promo videos you are in the right place. Ai is a wonderful tool but there needs to be a clear and sometimes subtle selling message built into every ai production. And this has to happen in 10-15 seconds. The ai results can sometimes be many renders of the same project that need to be edited conventionally for the desired result.
